As a Native Winery our Mead is made with ONLY local raw honey harvested from beehives around the state. The fruit is harvested seasonally during peak ripeness and combined to make great high quality mead. Mississippi has such a huge variety of fruit that the recipe combinations are endless. Local raw wildflower honey mead spiced with cinnamon, allspice, clove, and nutmeg. Older bottles are aged from early 2023.
You can find this mead at Chandeleur Island Brewing Company by the glass in Gulfport.
Fresh picked local blueberries and local raw wildflower honey. This years berries are from Bounds Blueberry farm of the Premiere variety, an early season blueberry with tons of flavor and some extra tartness. Currently aging, but ready to enjoy right now!
Sweet blueberry pie corked and ready for dessert made with fresh blueberries and traditional spices. Premiere variety blueberries from Bounds Blueberry farm strike again. This is the sweetest mead available, and as of July, only 15 bottles exist, so get them while they last!
The tartness and brightness of limes combined with the spicy bite of ginger. Wildflower honey notes help blend it all together.
Satsumas are the local favorites down here, and so it just makes sense that they join up with our honey to make a truly refreshing beverage.

Black cardamom and oranges are a great complement to each other. Another spicy addition to the roster, once I tweak this recipe just right.
Early season figs picked in Picayune are added to a unique raw clover honey that has notes of cinnamon and meadow foam. This is a small batch of only 20 bottles.
Elderberry flowers were used to flavor this mead which lends itself to a unique floral flavor. This is a small batch of only 20 bottles.
